Course Details

The aim of Yoga is to accelerate a natural process, already at work in the human organism: to mould the brain to a higher state of awareness.

It is quite evident that perseverance is very important in every field and especially in yoga system it is a very important aspect. Most people first they may attend a yoga course and get practiced on some yoga asanas and other practices connected to yoga. But after completion of the course they will not adopt in their daily basis despite they know it is quite necessary for their healthy life. So as a solution for such people, our Foundation is conducting regular yoga classes daily both for men and women to maintain their health avoiding diseases.
